How do you screen your marketers?
We receive thousands of applications every month from remote marketers looking to join our platform. We process candidates based on their marketing background, years of experience and their portfolio is reviewed by a member of the team. Every candidate is reference checked by a previous employer to confirm their credentials. All of our marketers have worked remotely for a UK or US company and are appropriately setup to work from home.
Can I view their portfolio?
We are happy to share portfolios for creative marketers and copywriters. For media buyers/SEO specialists and technical marketers we suggest taking advantage of our free competency exercise so they can demonstrate their knowledge.
Is it possible to test their skills for free?
Yes, we offer a free competency exercise to help clients determine whether the candidate is capable of delivering for their business.
Where are your marketers from?
We have a global talent pool but approximately 85% of our marketers are based in South Africa. South Africa offers a unique blend of cultural similarities to the UK and USA, an advantageous economy, English is the first language and the calibre of marketing professionals with remote international experience is broad
Is there a contract?
Our contracts are monthly rolling. We request 7 days notice period to cancel.
What if I don’t get on with the marketer I have been assigned?
Our model only works if our clients and resources are happy. In the event you no longer wish to continue with your pro we will assign a replacement free of charge and any remaining hours will be credited to the next person.
What are the payment terms?
We kindly request clients pay monthly in advance. We act like an Escrow account which helps to reassure the Part-Time Pro that payment has been made and will be released once the work has been delivered. It also provides an opportunity for our clients to raise any issues before payment is processed to the pro.
