    • I am in charge of the compliance and maintenance teams, managing both my team's duties and responsibilities and assisting them in reaching targets while learning the compliance role myself.
    • My main duties include identifying and preventing financial or operational risk and ensuring that our Compliance team maintains a steady supply of qualified and experienced professionals for our clients.
    • I design, compile and pull reports on information including candidate documents, shifts, selling newly available work, filling packages, and more while abiding by GDPR regulations.
    • I push my team to ever greater heights while remaining a supportive and positive leader for my team, and I make sure that my team are constantly developing our skills with training from myself and our in-house Learning & Development team.
    • I am involved in a great variety of projects spanning internal and external audits, decision-making, marketing, team management, fine-tuning the internal compliance database, contacting candidates myself as well as en masse in campaigns, advertisements for available positions, and much more.
    • I also look after candidates who qualify for bonuses due to referrals or other similar matters, and I report directly to the head of Compliance.
    • The opportunity has been a great learning experience and I am growing my knowledge of the UK healthcare sector every day, even after 4 years of working in the sector, and it has helped to hone my attention to detail, management skills, and personal development.
