    • Full recruitment and onboarding of successful candidates to our clients
    • Working on the Monday.com recruitment system – loading candidates and submitting all candidate’s shortlisted candidates to our clients
    • Meeting candidates, doing fingerprints, and Conducting credit, criminal, educational checks as and when required
    • Placing job adverts on Pnet and LinkedIn Professional portals.
    • Source for possible potential candidates and submitting CV’s to Hiring Manager
    • Upon receiving client shortlist arrange interviews with the candidates and client
    • Upon successful candidate conduct references on the successful candidate and do MIE checks to ensure compliance is met according to the business policies and procedures
    • After the candidate is successful vetted receive offer letter from the client and communicate with the successful candidate.
    • After signing off the offer letter successfully ensure LOA are saved on SharePoint
    • Weekly meetings with the CEO / HR Admin Manager
    • Contacting potential clients for recruitment needs
