Manage projects within SLA timeframes, including collaboration with local and national consultants and engineers
Administer risk portfolios, technical budget planning, and strategic alignment of operational objectives
Oversee policy implementation, process control, and onboarding for depot and maintenance staff
Supervise administrative personnel including insurance clerks and procurement interns
Lead finance management activities including procurement planning, mid-year, and annual budget submissions
Ensure quality control across all administrative deliverables
Manage small-scale departmental projects, ensuring timelines and standards are met
Champion customer service excellence as the Batho Pele representative for Infrastructure Services
