Key Responsibilities: Analysing Data-Call Stats

 

Extracting and Reworking Data from SAP

 

Tracking and monitoring of call stats, productivity & efficiency of Regional Managers, regions and Field Service Engineers respectively.

 

Tracking and monitoring all Customers SLA’s to ensure we are on target.

 

Technician Schedules.

 

Drawing up, and distributing daily reports (Efficiencies & Productivity) amongst the Regional Managers, to ensure we are on Target with Project Scope-Tracking of Projects

 

Tracking and monitoring of aged Calls, investigating and resolving these calls

 

Booking of travel, accommodation, flights, car rentals, ensuring all costs are recoverable from customer

 

Taking of Minutes.

 

Budget and Resource Forecasting.

 

Liaising with Customers and Vendors.

 

Ensuring Vendor accounts are up to date.

 

Reviewing and amending EXCO letters.

 

Reviewing and Validating Claims (Overtime, Fleet, Travel)

 

Reviewing and Validating Customer Claims.

 

Time Management-(Managing and Tracking Inefficiencies of all employees including Regional Managers).

 

Creating Weekly reports and Presentations

 

Mediator between Business Unit Manager and Regional Managers, setting up all meetings between BU Manager and Regional Managers.

 

Minutes of all meetings held between Business Unit Manager and Regional Managers

 

Tracking of all Customer meeting outcomes

 

Creating and compiling month end reports for all Regions |Regional Managers |Customers|Field Service Engineers| SMME’s.

 

Working hand in hand with HR, Logistics, Billing and Fleet Departments to compile productivity & efficiency reports.

 

Ensuring the correct disposal of stock.

 

Tracking of all Quotations to and from the Customer as well as internally.
