Job Title: Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the VP & MD of AGCO Africa and the Director of Sales & Marketing, Africa.

 

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, dealers and customers.

 

Manage calendars and arrange meetings.

 

Arrange travel itineraries including hotel, flights & vehicle bookings.

 

Apply for visas based on travel destinations and ensure all required documents are provided.

 

Planning of corporate functions such as dealer meetings, conferences, yearend functions and employee wellness days.

 

Plan and execute all corporate social responsibility activities for the organization which are in line with the agricultural industry.

 

Assisting the marketing team with the social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & YouTube

 

Review and draft legal contracts and MOUs on behalf of the organization.

 

Format information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentations, reports).

 

Minute meetings and follow up on any action items. Assist finance with invoice payments, coding & compliance.

 

Provide background checks on all new employees and current staff.
