Key Responsibilities: Monthly CIB Coverage strategy & budget performance reviews at a sector level for FMCG, Telecoms, & Oil and Gas, and Regional level for Asia, Middle East, and Outside Africa (London).
Quarterly big data analytics to inform the CIB strategy and plot performance against strategy targets and iterate at a CIB Coverage level
Integrated CIB risk strategy into CIB CEO presentations to ensure CIB business strategy remained within risk appetite and parameters.
Developed workshops and input sheets for rolling 4-year forecasts in order to budget at a GM, TPS and IB as well as sectorial level. This informed the investor relations communication strategy & setting of corresponding ROE targets.
