Key Responsibilities: Within this role I reported to two different executives, the role involved attending to calendar management, being the first point of reference, attending to any queries directed to the executives, attending to internal and external stakeholder engagements, email and call handling, drafting and reviewing documents, arranging meetings, compiling meeting minutes just to name a few.

 

Attended to calls from internal and external stakeholders, taking detailed notes and action points for follow-ups where necessary.

 

Scheduled appointments, managed inboxes, and maintained digital filing systems for leadership team.

 

Oversaw basic accounting duties, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and expense reporting.

 

Set up, hosted, and troubleshot virtual meetings and webinars using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other platforms.

 

Managed business social media accounts and updated website content to reflect current offerings.

 

Conducted research and prepared concise reports for decision-making support.

 

Oversaw and ensured accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
