Key Responsibilities: Managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team of financial accountants, tax consultants, and digital marketing freelancers to deliver cohesive financial and marketing services.

 

Completing certain business and financial related tasks on behalf of the director as an executive assistant.

 

Building and maintaining strong client relationships while working remotely with clients via virtual platforms and cloud-based tools.

 

Developing and streamlining processes to ensure clients’ tax compliance, integrating digital workflows to improve remote accessibility and efficiency.

 

Overseeing client tax planning, VAT refund applications with SARS (South African Revenue Services), and digital tools implementation for improved financial tracking and compliance.

 

Delivering training on tax and regulatory updates to finance and marketing teams, using both in-person and remote formats.

 

Reviewing financial statements and providing strategic guidance on business growth, including market entry and digital presence optimization.

 

Researching and liaising with banks and alternative funders, coordinating funding applications.
