Key Responsibilities: I worked in the cross-border indirect tax industry as a business developer primarily in the North American and European markets, working with high-value institutional and private clients, including but not limited to wealth managers, private banks, family offices, hedge funds, asset managers, pension plans, and high-net-worth individuals.
I primarily collaborated with ExCo, the C-Suite, and senior management to streamline withholding-tax recovery processes, automate recovery processes for private clients, and reduce the administrative burden of filing crossborder withholding-tax reclaims on a large scale.
Secured over 50 meetings with decision makers within the private wealth sector, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and managing directors. I also implemented a strategy for training new sales employees and mentoring them.
