Job Title: Head – Business Development

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Understand the clients’ business needs, objectives, and challenges. Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within the company.

 

Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned accounts. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ICT products and services to clients. Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies and plans.

 

Account Strategy and Planning: Develop account plans and strategies that align with both client needs and the company’s business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, delivery, and support) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.

 

Product and Service Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and industry trends. Educate clients on new offers, upgrades and enhancements that can benefit their organisation.

 

Contract and Proposal Management: Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

 

Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction.

 

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status. Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance and sales activities
