Job Title: Virtual HR Assistant/Recruiter

Duration: 8

Key Responsibilities: Screening resumes, scheduling and conducting telephonic/ video interviews

Onboarding and off boarding

Compliance tracking

Assisting with drafting job adverts and reviewing staffing needs as required

Providing weekly updates to the Directors and highlighting areas of concern

Sourcing candidates from multiple job boards and databases

Drafting contracts, offer letters and assisting with the onboarding process

Processing paperwork for leave requests and payroll time sheets

Auditing / flagging payroll time sheets as required

Assisting with preparing the payroll reports and inputs every 2 weeks for the 5 locations.

Generating weekly performance reports / scorecards for each location

Keeping the employee files up to date

Assisting with any other duties as assigned by the Directors and office managers
