Ensuring that all required Pre-Employment checks are completed, including but not limited to: DBS Criminal Record checks, Reference checks, Professional Registration checks and Verification of Identity checks
Developed and maintained compliance database, tracking all compliance activities and documents.
Arrange video calls with candidates to sight and validate necessary documents for before placement.
Ensuring that all mandatory training courses are in-date, and where required liaise with training providers to deliver updates.
Arranging an interview with a nominated clinician to assess suitability for placement.
Reviewed, revised, and updated compliance policies and procedures to confirm continual compliance with applicable laws.
Maintained up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging compliance regulations.
Regularly maintain and update spreadsheet for new placements with candidate details.
Identified, investigated, and documented compliance violations and recommended corrective measures.
Sending out weekly reports informing of any change with regards to accredited Umbrella’s.
Screening CV�s and validation of references according to company standards and policy.
