Key Responsibilities: Coordinate existing and new job specifications as per the clients� criteria.
Search existing database for suitable candidates for positions.
Search job portals (i.e., Career Junction / PNET) for candidates in the market that match client requirements on orders.
Place advertisements on online job portals and in print media.
Conduct reference checks on all candidates.
Pre-screen and book interviews with suitable candidates.
Ensure accurate database filing
Type CVs according to Company standards and expectations.
Ensure that all documentation for temporary staff is in order and ready to be signed off by management.
Complete weekly recruitment report for management.
Research and use pro-active techniques when sourcing, to ensure that the best available candidates in the market are sourced.
Contact candidates on the database and ascertain whether they are still actively seeking employment and if they are, discuss positions available.
Responsible for recruitment of assignees in all categories for current and new contracts.
Always have an updated database of skilled candidates (artisans, drivers, forklift drivers etc.)
Ensure that all information is recorded and kept up to date on Contractor Zone (internal systems)
Maintain and update department files i.e., applications pack and all relevant documentation.
Be actively involved with the start-up of new contracts to ensure quality staff is supplied
