Conduct reference and background checks to ensure high-quality selections.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, contributing to the continuous improvement of selection methodologies and processes.
Medico-Legal Functions – Conduct assessments for defendant and plaintiff clients and gather collateral information.
Author and sign off on psycho-legal reports, showcasing excellent analytical and judgment skills.
Draft and write joint minutes, enhancing effective written communication.
