Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Selection Services – Source and attract candidates using platforms like Pnet, LinkedIn, and social media, demonstrating a strong understanding of using technology for talent acquisition.
Screen, interview and assess candidates to identify those meeting people specifications and selection criteria.
Conduct reference and background checks to ensure high-quality selections.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, contributing to the continuous improvement of selection methodologies and processes.
Medico-Legal Functions – Conduct assessments for defendant and plaintiff clients and gather collateral information.
Author and sign off on psycho-legal reports, showcasing excellent analytical and judgment skills.
Draft and write joint minutes, enhancing effective written communication.
