Key Responsibilities: Successfully attaining recruitment KPIs, including internal recruitment SLAs, within stringent deadlines and targets.

Demonstrates exceptional adaptability to all recruitment and deliverable requirements, effectively leading roles from start to finish.

Collaborates with Operations Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) upon the creation of a new job opening to pinpoint the precise skill set needed, determine the most effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance on the optimal method to fill the position for long-term success.

Actively sources and identifies qualified candidates for current and future job openings using various channels, including agencies, internal referrals, the e-recruitment database, and social media platforms.

Posts all job vacancies both internally and externally.

Manages job postings in the e-recruitment system and assists with placements and administration related to job boards and social media platforms.

Ensures compliance with corporate standards by posting all internal job adverts on Workday.

Screens resumes, shortlists applicants, and conducts initial interviews.

Develops competency-based interview guides aligned with the competencies required for the positions being recruited.

Conducts initial interviews using targeted selection principles.

Arranges interviews with hiring managers and ensures all necessary documentation is available and interviewers are briefed.

Participates in panel interviews with operations managers from various business areas.

Ensures adherence to the recruitment process and interviewing skills by operations managers.

Facilitates feedback sessions with the Operation Manager to support the hiring decision.

Extends employment offers to successful candidates in collaboration with the HR Manager, following the standard process.

Notifies unsuccessful candidates in adherence to the standard process.

Stays informed about recruitment trends in the market.

Manages relationships and performance of recruitment service providers to ensure effective service delivery.

Maintains effective candidate management through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video (MS Teams)

Engages with internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, emphasizing timely feedback to Operations Managers and TAP�s (Talent Acquisition Partners).
