    • Sourcing, interviewing, selection and securing of quality candidates at various levels.
    • Being the first point of contact for applicants, telephone screening, arranging and conducting interviews and providing feedback.
    • Communicating offers and ensuring the hiring of the best candidates.
    • Raising the Company’s profile at a local and national level.
    • Exploring and using new and existing cost effective methods of direct candidate recruitment.
    • Delivery of multiple recruitment related projects against time and quality targets.
    • Sourcing methods of candidate attraction, predominantly advertising on web and headhunting.
    • Managing 3rd party suppliers (Recruitment agencies), building relationships to ensure productivity and timely and cost effective hires.
    • Screening CVs and conducting face to face preliminary HR interviews.
    • Assisting with recruitment activities across all business groups and affiliate companies when required.
    • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with Senior Leadership of the relevant Business Unit, and any other relevant Senior Leadership figures.
    • Acting as one of the prime points of contact for all ongoing TA activity within the division
