Key Responsibilities: Administer Application Tracker & Tutor Portal: Keep the database up to date with current information throughout each applicant�s journey to ensure accurate records.

Screen & Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough application reviews and interviews for prospective tutors, selecting high-quality candidates.

Facilitate Concessions Training: Evaluate and train potential concessions facilitators, assessing their readiness to meet standards.

Draft Professional Reference Letters: Create customized reference letters tailored to the tutors’ achievements and contributions.

Process Tutor Resignations & De-identification: Handle tutor off-boarding, ensuring data privacy and compliance in de-identification processes.

Ensure Accurate Documentation: Validate that all contracts are completed correctly, saved in the appropriate locations, and backed by valid police clearances.

Build Ad-Hoc Tutor Profiles: Create detailed, personalized profiles for tutors as needed, tailoring information to meet organizational needs.

Update Resource Library: Regularly add new resources and maintain current materials to support tutors.

Send Bulk Emails via Mail Merge: Execute email campaigns efficiently by sending updates and communications to large groups of candidates.

Collaborate with Learning Consultants: Conduct meetings to gather specific tutor requirements and support optimal placements.

Drive Recruitment Initiatives: Support talent acquisition through creative and targeted recruitment campaigns.

Respond to Inquiries: Address all emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages to resolve tutor and candidate questions.

Maintain Data Trackers: Keep trackers current, recording all relevant details on applicants and active tutors.

Resolve Course Access Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, providing tutors with smooth entry into training courses.

Create & Distribute Newsletters: Craft and send monthly newsletters with important updates, engaging tutors with key information.

Conduct Follow-Ups: Ensure completion of interviews, submission of documents, and finalization of training sessions through proactive follow ups.

Year-end planning: Recruit, interview and line up candidates for the new year. Update policies, company documents and rates.
