Key Responsibilities: Understanding of all governance, policies, guidelines and rules which will have an impact of the Employee Lifecycle, Remuneration and Benefits
Good understanding of the legislative governing Human Resources within the country and how these apply to the company�s HR policies and processes
Fulfill the full transactional recruitment function for all divisions within the company, including Sales, Distribution, Supply chain and all Corporate Divisions
Liaise with Employees, Line Managers, HR Professionals, and third parties on daily basis.
Assists HR Practitioner with HR Admin for the SSC environment
Working on ESS approving leave request
Assist with preparation of offer of employment
Effective Human Resources administration practices � Confirmation of employment
Assist on recruitment � Advertising post, screening, shortlisting, interviews.
Offers, extending Contracts, amendment of FTC contracts
Assist HR team with Recruitment processes and other HR related tasks on adhoc basis
Ensuring administration and reporting functions are effectively and timeously performed on monthly basis
Draw payslips and explain the content to the employees (pay and benefits)
Update HR Systems i.e. Personal Information, Addresses etc
Explain the basic functionality HR systems to answer queries
Maintaining high level of customer service and confidentiality at all times
Issuing and capturing of warnings
Employer Wellness coordinator
HR support to HRBP�s
Arrange and attend disciplinary hearings & grievance hearings.
Maintain the data on the ESS system with new employees, terminations, and changes of employment.
Assist employees with Password reset.
