Key Responsibilities: My main focus is creating sales and setting up of contracts on successfully closed deals on AVS and XDS systems.
Customer service is also an integral part of my daily duties and I assist with cashing up and running day-end transactions on the POS system.

Receiving, capturing and merchandising stock is a daily task of mine.

Managing collections and deliveries
In order to be equipped to perform the above duties I successfully completed a six-week CRM Training Course on the Citrix and CMSS Systems as well as Customer Relations FTF Training
