Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Sales – Assist in developing advertising campaigns to promote the services offered
Lead generation for new business
Negotiate with customers on all plant hire business, from quotation to contracting and delivery of service
Human Resource Management – Recruitment of new employees
Ensure accurate logging of hours worked by operators
Ensure up-to-date and accurate account of all employee records are kept
Undertake disciplinary processes as and when required in collaboration with legal practitioner
Customer Relationship Management
Finance – Ensure clients are invoiced timeously and accurately for services rendered
Assist with debt collection from customers as and when required
Ensure efficient running of the vehicles
Identifying and facilitating if and when machines require maintenance and/or repair
