Replace manager were necessary if not available
Travel arrangements (incl. flights, accommodation, car hire etc)
Arrange Strategy Sessions, Team Buldings, Year End Function etc.
Supervise the Tea Lady, Driver, Messenger(s) & Security guard(s)
Supervise the general maintenance of the buildings (plumbing, electrician, carpenters etc.)
Typing of Minutes, Co-Ordinate ad hoc duties
Creating content on Canva
Working on Shopify (Stock take, Product updates, Inventory updates)
G-Drive (E-filing and inter communication
Update virtual clients via Whapsapp, Email etc
