Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Sales and Business Development Revenue growth: Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
Client acquisition: Identify and target key accounts, focusing on high potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
New market entry: Develop and execute plans for entering new markets within the African continent.
Operational Management Sales operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective resource allocation.
Performance monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
Forecasting and reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Product and Service Promotion Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
Promotional activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, including trade shows, conferences, and marketing campaigns, to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Cross-functional Collaboration Coordination with other departments: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Feedback loop: Provide feedback from the market to the product and development teams to influence future product offerings and enhancements.
