Lead Generation and Prospecting, Business Development, Sales Support, Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target industries through cold calling.
Generate and qualify leads using various sources such as databases and referrals.
Conduct initial needs analysis and gather relevant information to determine prospect fit for the company’s products or services.
Build a strong pipeline of leads by consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Business Development: – Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, clients.
Understand the company’s offerings, value proposition, and competitive advantages to effectively pitch and differentiate the company to potential clients Collaborate with the marketing teams and business units to create and implement effective campaigns, and promotions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Support: – Collaborate with the team to align business development efforts with the company’s sales goals and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new clients.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, weekly.
Relationship Management: – Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or renewals utilizing CRM system.
Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and escalations.
Gather feedback from prospects, clients to improve services.
