Ensure cost-effectiveness and performance of contractors

Liaise and report to homeowners (revenue optimisation)

Manage the online presence of property profiles on listing platforms

Manage unit performance, bookings and rental rates

Record expenses

Respond to guest reviews

Manage damage claims and reports

Respond to guest enquiries regarding properties and booking reservations

Ensure rental units are well maintained and ready for guests at all times

Ensure compliance with property rules and regulations

Implement promotions and discounts

Do property inspections and site visits

Communicate with the Body Corporate

Create owner statements and invoices

Check and authorise payments of accounts

Manage emergency and crisis situations

Respond and manage guest complaints
