Liase with maintenance teams for CEO’s Personal property

Create leases and new contracts for renters and maintenance/repair teams

Admin enquiries for Accounts Payable / Bookkeeping / Investor Relation teams

Assisting with new website creation – WP Engine

Cross checking new investor/poptin leads via Mailchimp

Registering employees for retirement plans in different US States

Handling all employee gifts – Financial / E-gifts / Physical Gifts & ensure the correct bank account gets rmb

Creating & sending out confidential documents via Docusign
