Managing the Cape Town Region team of Onboarding & Sales Executives, Customer Success and Cash Collection Executives.
Oversee, control, maintenance and services of 600 + company vehicles.
Optimising driver performance
Effectively managing and leading day to day operations within the region.
Manage the productivity of drivers and their vehicles, along with the overall maintenance of their vehicles
Leading Driver issue resolution efforts in collaboration with other departments
Ensuring compliance and administration of all verification procedures and enforcing all company policies and procedures
Coordinating with (Fleet) Maintenance Manager as required to resolve any escalated issues related to maintenance and repairs
Managing and overseeing all driver-related communication including but not limited to, driver operations, safety, compliance, policies, and breakdown
Leading and Coaching the Customer Success and Onboarding Executives to support the drivers effectively
Contributing to the budgeting process from a Driver Relations & Monitoring perspective.
Liaising with peers within the region & company to share knowledge and optimise operations
Maintain and control fleet register and asset control.
Investigations and control over vehicle accidents, relevant repairs claim etc.
