Key Responsibilities: As Key Account Manager I was responsible for a group of the organisation’s key accounts.
Our product was Technology-based Training, mostly IT training but also general organisational training and Adult Basic Education.
In this role I learned a lot about learning and course design. These sales were very “strategic” as we sold to executive committees in very large corporates.
I did well in this role achieving sales of well over R4m.
As Business Development Representative, I was responsible for a territory across central US. Medical Staffing was a market and a marketplace in which I had no experience, yet in the first two months, I brought in 3 new contracts.
