Key Responsibilities: Attend to requests to cost ad hoc projects – quotes and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ1 & BOQ2) for all major capex projects.
Check and verify quantities against architectural working drawings to ensure accuracy on bill of quantities.
Adjudicate quotes for all departments to ensure accurate cost analysis as per the banks agreed pricing.
Liaise with architectural team to address and resolve all discrepancies on drawings.
Liaise with suppliers to request and follow up on quotations for major capex projects.
Provide input on pricing changes and vendor allocations
Request and follow up on purchase orders from Ordering team for all projects
Manage deliverables and timeframes for ad hoc projects.
Check, verify and approve variation orders – make necessary alterations where required to ensure consistency and high-quality work.
Liaise with vendor management and design team to ensure latest specifications are priced and included on Oracle catalogue.
Check anomalies on cost reports investigate and where applicable correct.
Maintain and update data with regards to project costs.
Maintain relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external).
Manage all deliverables according to agreed customer service standards and agreed timelines
