    • Handle expenses and Maintain office supplies.

    • Manage Internal and External correspondence on behalf of Her Excellency The Executive Director, especially with Member States and their Executive Offices.
    • Coordinate with other departments and employees.

    • Devise and Maintain digital and paper filing systems.
    • Draft correspondence such as PRLs, SM, Emails, Memos, and Letters in both English and Arabic and circulate them.
    • Read and Analyze incoming Memos, and Submissions, and Distribute them as needed.
    • Draft, Translate, and Proofread Concept Notes, Contracts, MoUs..etc.
    • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating itineraries.
    • Assist with travel-related tasks, such as visa applications and passport renewals.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
    • Assist in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
    • Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate with other team members, if necessary.
    • Conduct Research, gather information, prepare summaries, and generate reports.
    • Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, or meetings, including managing guest lists, coordinating vendors, and ensuring smooth execution.
    • Create Missions Protocols and Speeches.
    • Responsible for Her Excellency the Executive Director’s Agenda and Calendar.
    • Responsible for managing The Executive Office and Her Excellency the Executive Director’s wing.
    • Communicate with Partners, Vendors, and Member States for Projects and Activities.
