Job Title: General Admin & Events Manager

Duration: 15

Key Responsibilities: All admin duties related to functions and events including invoicing, basic HR & day to day admin

Follow up on invoices and filing

Manage members and resident’s functions

Book and handle functions for the various sports codes, i.e: Golf, Squash, Tennis & Bowls

Ensure smooth running of the functions and catering for private functions i.e weddings and golf days

Designing packages in order to maximise on providing the best possible service to suit all budgets

Bookings for various function facilities & meeting and conference rooms

Constant communication with head chef in order to design menus suited to clients’ needs

Design events in order to increase turnover i.e: Wine & Gin Tasting, Karaoke etc

Creating budgets for all events & PCA (post campaign analysis)

Initiate and build relationships with suppliers and confirm agreements in order to increase turnover

Basic HR function assisting with staff queries, leave requests and cash advances

Paying suppliers from the cash till daily

Communication of all functions & events with front of house and back of house managers
