    • Management of CEO’s diary
    • Booking of flights, rental cars/vehicles & accommodation for CEO and staff.
    • Scheduling, preparation, and co-ordination of meetings.
    • Preparation of Agendas, Board packs, taking of minutes and distribution of minutes.
    • Assisting CEO and Exco (3 members) with writing of reports, collating of reports/documents, PowerPoint presentations and ad hoc projects.
    • Handling CEO’s commercial and residential rental properties (handling tenant and maintenance issues, negotiating rates with residential and commercial tenants, drafting and proofreading of lease agreements, ensuring rental is received)
    • Planning, booking and overseeing of all team building exercises, year-end functions, braais, social functions and award ceremonies.
    • Ensuring asset and stock registers for offices and warehouse are up to date and submitted to the insurance company.
    • Ensuring insurance policies are up to date, valid and that renewals are done on time.
    • Ensuring all company docs ie: B-BBEE certificates, COIDA, Tax clearance certificates are valid and up to date, if not, liaise with relevant departments to resolve.
    • Assist with all credit applications, vendor applications and due diligence audits.
    • Drawing up of company profile and company organograms.
