Key Responsibilities: Point of contact for 7 Business Units within our group that requires recruitment services.
Managing 2 Administrators , 2 Recruiters and 1 MENA Recruitment Manager
Working very closely with 2 Account Manager
Working closely with the HR department
Handling recruitment needs for the group, MENA Region
Drive day-to-day recruitment process ensuring we find the right talent to fill open positions
Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Design the selection matrix for choosing the ideal recruitment channels and recruitment sources
Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external partners
Monitors and optimize the costs of the recruitment process
Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Conduct job interviews for the key job positions at customers (or key jobs in the organization)
Monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
Oversee and optimize the delivery of end to end talent acquisition solutions to business
Ensure adherence to laid down recruitment process and SLA
Manage and develop the team of Talent and Labour Brokering Recruiters
Act as a single point of contact for BU managers regarding recruitment topics
Design recruitment training for Talent and Labour Brokering Recruiters
Produce Monthly reporting for the Talent and Labour Brokering division
Attend weekly sales meeting
