Key Responsibilities: Training new hires with CS and Sales skills and use of tools during product training.
Assisting new hires through support and endorsing them to operations.
Creating training materials and attending QA calibrations to improve the training process.
Training tenured agents with up-skilling, specials sales skills training.
It takes 6 hours of phone time per month to still be aligned with call, chat and email process.
Attending daily client and vendor meetings either remotely or face to face
