Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing new business opportunities for the company through:

Database control and creation.

Research unqualified business leads

Schedule introductory meetings with new prospects.

Host meetings with prospects and close business sales deals

Build strong rapport with prospects.

Communication to all stakeholders, internal and external.

Communication with all prospective Clients, including: HR Mangers/Directors, MDs, Business owners, private clients, etc.

Devise marketing strategies, specifically aimed at the training target market.

Ensuring that high levels of service is maintained within the organisation and with Maintaining a level of professionalism and care with all clients
