Accepts payments over the phone for non-collections accounts.

Entered and updated new customer details in the customer relationship management software according to the administrative guidelines.

Assisted customers with their online banking.

Helping them to navigate the website.

Monitoring system issues and reporting them directly to our Global counterpart
