Job Title: Head of Student Support and Course Bookings
Duration: 30
Key Responsibilities: Assisting students with online bookings, payment of booking, prepping all students for course, ensuring all pre course work is completed, student support via email and telephonically.
Complaint resolution maintaining a high standard of service and Trustpilot rating.
Instructor supervision.
Virtual assistant to the owner.
Administrative tasks as required, updating of website and any other tasks necessary.
Handling of customer queries and complaints via Uservoice.
Complaint resolution and basic technical and/or site queries.
Resolving payment processor issues with MangoPay, Stripe, PayPal and WePay.
Assisting users to be verified and upload verification documents, assisting users to set up fundraising campaigns, upload images, videos and more.
Monitor site for fraudulent campaigns and transactions.
