Job Title: Customer Service Support / Remote Technical

Key Responsibilities: Online / Telephonic Customer Service and Technical consultant for clients and End-users.

Liaise between sales, production, repair and dispatch departments to keep clients updated on progress of orders and ensure timeous delivery.

Telephonic and Teamviewer technical sales support, from aid selection, audio support, programming software assistance. Repair help and diagnosis.

Tracking of repair and new orders.

Tracking of courier delivery and Accounts queries.

Daily Feedback on customer trends / volume and nature of inquiries
