    • To maintain standards of pre & post-production and execution of projects to the high standards that the client expects.
    • Build and maintain relationships in the field.
    • Constant liaison with client service, regarding product related information and operational changes.
    • To be innovative and pro-active, and to execute in the most efficient and cost-effective methods.
    • To have full understanding of the group’s offerings and to drive it through all activations
    • To have full understanding of clients’ business and keep up to date with clients’ marketplace and competitors.
    • To prepare an accurate Cost Estimate that will be approved by Manager and Finance dept.
    • Prepare an accurate Operations Budget that will be signed off by Manager and that will ensure that margins are achieved without compromising quality.
    • To develop a comprehensive Operations Manual.
    • If required, to appoint a competent Project Co-Ordinator and/or Brand Ambassadors that will execute the project.
    • To understand fully the client brief and to ensure the execution of the project is in line with this brief.
    • To develop relationships and partnerships with client service based on trust and mutual respect.
    • To ensure the smooth day to day running of all projects
    • To resolve all day-to-day client issues with diplomacy
    • To use the suppliers on the preferred suppliers list
    • To reconcile monies used, and to keep a running Ops budget, which will show all expenditure.
    • To know the financial status, at any given time, of a project.
