Job Title: Product Owner/Senior Digital Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: I operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to accounts and projects and develop trusted relationships.
I follow Agile methodology to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects (websites or applications) according to needs and objectives.
I present ideas, and recommendations and develop new business opportunities with existing clients expanding the scope and size of accounts.
My excellent communication ensures that all information regarding changes in scope, budget, delays, and other issues are communicated to mitigate impediments I write SOW’s, SLAs and costing documentation in my current position.
Our projects utilize: AWS services, Jira, Cunfluence, WordPress, Everhour & Figma
