Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report on marketing deliverables & data-driven success to our clients consistently.
Present AdHoc reporting to clients to showcase successes.
Support the planning, execution and measurement of marketing deliverables for DAP’s marketing clients.
Work with the marketing team based on client input / needs to develop results-driven content marketing strategies for our clients and agency.
Deliver client projects on time by managing key deliverables across project management platforms such as Asana.
Frequent communication with clients on the status of deliverables.
Ensuring budgets are withheld and working with clients if we go over budget to secure additional funding.
Detail-oriented notes, next steps, and client communications. Identify new areas of opportunity within the client’s business where DAP can help.
Serve as marketing account lead, regularly interfacing with marketing clients and ensuring their happiness.
Work with managers across each functional area to bring marketing deliverables to life and help ensure they are executed properly.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise for clients.
Measure client happiness & adapt account-management strategies based on surveys.
Lead discovery and meetings with internal teams.
Develop SOWs, budgets, forecast reports, and collaborate in Sales proposals.
