Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Marketing Operations – Maintain and optimize CRM data within Apollo.io, including tagging account segments, cleansing outdated signals, and refining lead scoring models.
Build and manage prospect lists to support targeted campaign workflows in Apollo and Instantly, aligned with ASRS and always-on SMB strategy.
Identify customer alumni and bounced contacts for retargeting efforts and recommend re-engagement strategies.
Sales Intelligence & Market Research – Scrape and compile certification databases to enrich sales outreach.
Recommend and implement LinkedIn Sales Navigator saved searches and intent signals to improve lead targeting.
Content, Design & Brand Draft, edit, and publish thought leadership content including LinkedIn posts, blogs, and customer spotlight articles.
Design branded assets, including a full whitepaper layout, ensuring consistency with visual identity and tone.
Edit and finalize multimedia content for various stakeholder audiences.
Customer Success & Internal Operations – Provide ongoing support to the Customer Success team by managing billing workflows in Chargebee, troubleshooting invoicing issues, and ensuring smooth onboarding from a revenue ops perspective.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to support internal project rollouts, align on campaign execution, and maintain operational efficiency.
