Create and execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns, boosting response rates by 50%.

 

Maintain accurate lead records in Excel spreadsheets, tracking prospect interactions and conversion rates.

 

Schedule and manage qualified sales meetings using Calendly & Outlook, ensuring seamless handovers to Sales Managers.

 

Collaborate with the Placement Manager to identify, screen, and qualify candidates for teaching roles across various educational institutions, ensuring a strong alignment with each client’s specific needs.

 

Proactively source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and ATS (CV-Library, ZoHo Recruit), performing initial phone and video interviews to assess their compatibility.

 

Develop and present detailed candidate profiles that showcase key qualifications and experience, supporting seamless client interviews and reducing time-to-hire.

 

Maintain regular candidate communication through HubSpot CRM, overseeing compliance by gathering, verifying, and updating essential documents, including certifications and references.
