Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement CRM Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the business’s overall business objectives.

 

Customer Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and needs. Using Power BI, SAGE & Salesforce to report on customer engagement and purchase behavior.

 

Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation models to target specific customer groups with tailored marketing and sales campaigns. (RFM model)

 

Customer Acquisition: Oversee customer acquisition efforts, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

 

Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer lifetime value.

 

Customer Loyalty: Develop programs to foster customer loyalty and advocacy.

 

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels through feedback collection and analysis.

 

Paid Advertising Management: Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), manage budgets, optimize ad performance, and report on ROI.

 

Budget Management: Manage the CRM budget and allocate resources effectively.
