Customer Segmentation: Develop customer segmentation models to target specific customer groups with tailored marketing and sales campaigns. (RFM model)
Customer Acquisition: Oversee customer acquisition efforts, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Customer Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer lifetime value.
