Analyse and proof-read legal documents
Administration work, weekly and monthly reports
Attended meetings, process and analyse legal documents
Handling client payments
Drafting of legal documents ie contracts and settlements
Conduct legal research
Draft letter of demands, Summons and pleadings
Draft legal documents such as deeds and agreements
Communicate with Stakeholders, Attorneys and clients
Assist with due diligence processes
Assist in handling residential and commercial property disputes
Preparing documents to reports
Opening civil & trust files
Handling client communication
Schedule hearings, manage schedules and run general administration for the office
Managing case files and ensuring compliance with deadlines
Liaising with clients on case progress
Performing administrative and organizational duties as needed
