Key Responsibilities: Product Delivery and Efficiency — Coaching product managers on maintaining a well-refined, prioritized, and value-driven backlog with clear goals and objectives.
Additionally, serving as the Product Owner for select products within the team
Leveraging agile metrics—including velocity, lead time, cycle time, burndown, cumulative flow, team health, and business value delivery—to monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improving delivery efficiency
Identifying issues and deviations, then developing and implementing targeted interventions to drive continuous improvement
Overseeing product delivery and project management, including planning, monitoring, risk management, quality assurance, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes
Team Mentorship Collaboration and Communication — Owning and facilitating intra and inter-team collaboration to ensure seamless coordination across Technology and Business units
Identifying and addressing individual and team training needs while mentoring new and junior Scrum Masters to support their growth and development
Continuous Improvement and Agile Best Practices — Serving as a subject matter expert in Agile development practices, ensuring the team effectively applies Agile principles, practices, and values.
Stakeholder Satisfaction and Collaboration — Actively managing relationships, backlog, and stakeholder expectations.
Providing regular, timely, and transparent communication on progress, changes, and potential risks. Representing the team in various forums to ensure alignment and visibility
