Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 8 developers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and task distribution to build a new system and maintain legacy systems, achieving continuous development within budget.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the team.
Implement Agile practices, coaching teams on processes and principles to foster continuous improvement and adaptability.
Develop project plans, define scope, set milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers and integration between teams.
Drive risk management initiatives, conducting assessments and creating mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
Establish performance metrics (KPIs) for tracking project success and team efficiency, regularly analyzing data to drive improvements.
