Key Responsibilities: Managing a team of digital developers responsible for the core system’s digital interface.
Lead projects to create user-friendly Agent and Customer Dashboards and public facing pages for insurance companies.
Conduct design discussions for new digital solutions to capture new business, facilitate maintenance processes, and manage customer inquiries.
Ensure seamless integration of the digital interface with the overall ERP system.
Determine and manage project timelines for both standard implementations and innovative customizations.
Conduct regular client check-ins to gather requirements, provide updates, and address project-related concerns.
Translate client needs into actionable tasks for the development team.
Collaborate with developers to align on project progress and manage client expectations effectively.
