Key Responsibilities: Full Financial function – Debtors, Creditors, General Ledger
Monthly Management Accounts
Monthly SARS returns – VAT, EMP201, EMP501 (Aug & Feb), Compilation and submission of all
Payroll for monthly and Weekly staff – Payroll returns.
Liaison with Auditors – handling annual audit, resolving queries, and preparation of AFS
Cashflow monitoring and forecasting – both foreign currency and local
Handling forward exchange – liaison with bank and our staff
Handling of all IT functions – in conjunction with third party suppliers
Improvement of systems (Sage Evolution)
Handling of all HR functions – in conjunction with third party suppliers
Preparation of quarterly board report for financial department
Handling of petty cash
Inventory control
Product costing, and compilation of price lists
Preparation of annual budgets
Ad-hoc report writing and projects.
