Key Responsibilities: Office and client-management duties include: Client on- and offboarding
Client proposal preparation
Client documentation preparation
Client timeline and deadline planning and management
Client invoicing and account management
Client relationship building
Accounting & taxation duties include: System setup and implementation
Performing processing activities and reconciliations (all sections)
Overseeing and reviewing processing activities (all sections)
Preparation and processing of month-end journals (payroll, depreciation, all other necessary adjustments)
Preparation of monthly management accounts and any necessary and required analysis and comparisons
Payroll preparation, processing and review (including statutory submissions)
VAT, provisional tax, income tax calculations, reconciliations and submissions
Annual financial statement preparation (IFRS for SME; IFRS)
Advisory duties include: Budget preparation
Cashflow preparation and management
Project specific advisory and assistance
Consulting services to other firms as a team member on complex projects
Secretarial duties include: Company registration and other CIPC transactions
E-filing registration (all tax types)
Assistance with resolutions
